How I Started:
I just got tired of being tired. And also can't stand that spare tire around my waist. Plus we had this cruise scheduled for June and wanted to lose some tonnage. Ended up losing 30 lbs and gaining half of it back during the holidays. Isn't that normal?;-) Anyway I'm back in the gym again commititted and motivated to lead a healthy life.
Why I Love It:
I feel great all day long and excited about the results I am starting to see. It is just a great way to relieve stress and get my day started.
How I Stay Motivated:
Getting on this website, looking at all the transformations motivates me to keep going. I also wanna grow old with my daughter and be able to keep up with her when I'm 40!
BB Accomplishments:
Just starting to see some growth and strength. Looking forward to the end result.
For a while now I always wanted to have abs that I could proud of. I want that athletic look. I would love to be 200 lbs and 6% body fat. Who knows maybe someday enter and compete in bodybuilding events. I love for this type of living to go on until the good Lord takes me. Hopefully that's a while away. I believe I have the motivation and mental toughness it takes to reach my goals.

Oh yeh, I actually like the Jacked better because it lacks the sugars that the SP250 has plus it has beta-alanine added which I like. The SP250 tastes awesome so thats hard to beat but the Jack3d is less costly and more concentrated. All my buddies are using Jack3d now and love it!
