How I Started:
I knew once i started high school i knew i would start my progression...since i moved away from where i once lived, i got anti social for alot of my first year at school, and i found solitude in the gym..that summer i gained 20ilbs after supplementing with protein for the first time
Why I Love It:
The way you feel after working out ... best natural high ever... seeing levels of pregression, through time or right away, reaching that goal is so satisfying...

Thanks man... I've been dieting for about 14 weeks now, with 2 to go and making gradual cuts in calories every 2-3 weeks while increasing cardio within those intervals of cuts. My trainer Rich is the one who has been monitoring my diet closely, I have been making up most of my workouts. The ratios of carbs/proteins/fats are bodyweight and fat % dependent, so throwing around a sample diet may not work. But if you have any questions on how to set it up, let me know!
Thick neck, broad shoulders, solid biceps and very good work on lats. Forearms appear a little weak NOT in size but definition but thay may be the light. Doing a great job so far and goals very near. Andre
Hey man thanks. If your nutrition and weights are right you'll have no trouble getting down to your goal BF%. Your not that far off allready looking at your pics, prolly 10%-12% at the moment. Good luck man, my goal is about 7%BF so i still got a few more weeks of cutting to go.
