Hey, nasri86! Thanks! Keep up the hard work. Hard to gain, I know, but I have a feeling when it happens for you, it will be overnight. Looking good so far, too. My son, age 21, has had a hard time gaining, too, but it's beginning to happen for him. Somehow, you guys just keep getting better and better the older you get!! You've LOTS to look forward to! ;-)

For tri's the max I have done (on cables w/ the bar or rope), I do the 70lbs or 80lbs. On Bi's with the dumbbells, I have only gotten to the 25lbs, but I pyramid down from those to the 10's. Doesn't sound like much, (and its not, lol), by doing the pyramids with them is an awesome pump. With the ez curl bar, i do the 35lbs, and 45lbs for failure.

Putting on lean mass is tough work and progress is slow. My biceps are doing well, though. I'm up to 60-lb barbell curls! :)
