When I Started:
Jan, 2006
How I Started:
I wanted to trim down on fat and build muscle. I am in training for my future, I want to accomplish whatever I set my mind and body to.
Why I Love It:
I love the satisfaction of the burn while lifting and love the freedom to think about life during long runs, almost noone can interupt you (ALMOST)
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation comes from the results that are achieved. When you see that new line starting to form, it makes me wonder what caused it and I continue to push myself. I am new at the body modification game. I guess my true motivation is the others on this website, I ask myself how do I get that way. Maybe someone will help or maybe I will figure this out myself. Either way its going to happen. Working out also keeps you young, I am young at heart and mind, why not my body.
BB Accomplishments:
Never entered into competitions, my body is no where near ready for that. Maybe some day.
I would like to gain approximately 15 LBS of muscle and lower my body fat to just below 10%.
Goal (Long):
Just want to continue to workout and reach my goals. I want my arms to be half the size of my waist. As long as I remain healthy and have fun exercising that it what really matters. My weight is not a factor in my mind, if it goes up or down it just doesnt matter as long as the results are there.
What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
