RIP Blondee 1998-2008
Hey Bill- I love (no I'm not gay) your newest atavar pic. I hope you realize when you if and when you take a cutting cycle absolutely serious, your physique is going to surprise even YOU. You've done an amazing job over the years and it is evident. I'm smilling...it's very motivating.
Your size and time frame are an inspiration to me. I started 39 and 150 lbs, was looking to build to 175. Looking at you has me rethinking my goals! Maybe 190 @ 10%! Time to lift heavier!
Ironwill2008, thanks for the shoulder comments. Makes sense. Ironically I was doing dumbbell bench presses as well and I was going heavy and bring the weights low - could that have caused it, I wonder...
Yours was another measured and helpful response. You really should be running this place. No one else can be depended on for valuable input at all times as you can.
Hello. I saw your comment in the forums about how the manta ray nor pads should be used for squats. I've been doing squats with the bar on the area of the acromion process, which hurts more with more weight. If I move the bar farther back/down, then it slips down. Is that just due to lack of back muscle development?
