Ever since junior high wrestling I have loved training my body and have done so ever since then. I really started lifting like a bodybuilder a couple years ago but I've trained like a wrestler, football player, track athlete, powerlifter, olympic lifter, and just recently I've gotten into yoga. But most of all I love training like a bodybuilder.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy pain. I believe it is one of the few things that helps build ourselves and help us grow physically, mentally, and spiritually.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't have to I love it. As Ronnie Coleman says,"..if you love it their aint much you wouldn't do to do it."
BB Accomplishments:
I haven't started competing yet so their aren't any.

No, I've got to get it together and get going on it. I work full time and go to school part time so I was giving myself a break after spring semester to not study. LOL Here we are almost 2 weeks into summer and I've not been able to motivate myself. I'll get there!
