The event was run very well..huge turnut....held at the Harrison Opera House... largest show I have competed in so far... I won the open Midweight and 2nd in the Masters...think this was the best condition yet for me.. put on 19.5 lbs. of muscle in 8 months...happy to have made the switch to NPC because there are so many more oppotunities for me to compete... level is very high... makes it challenging and fun!!! will work toward the Masters Nationals and IFBB North American for next year 2010 |

The judges seemed to think I had total package...I felt small but on stage everything is bigger... I definately came in shredded..now its time to think about next year,. where to go from here... came home with cash award... also will be honored Jan. 17th as Female Pro Athlete of the Year..show was run well... competition also ripped...tougher than last year but I was ready..as I will be next year,.. |

nice show..was first time for me to compete in NPC... I came in at 6 percent.. Came down to cuts or size with myself and a another woman who was doing the show to requalify for the nationals to do a USA show coming up..also got best poser, lst in Masters, lst in open lightweight,best Abs, and finally,best Chest...show was sold out...larget audience I've played to so far..didn't have to travel far to do this one and I'm satisfied with bringing the best I could "naturally" to an NPC..an enjoyable experience..placing first in masters and the open lightweight I did qualify for the North American and for Nationals..an enjoyable experience for me and am happy to be part of their organization. |

Played Jimi Hendrix Purple Haze with violin during posing routine...would like to use electric violin in future guest posing routines... perhaps different music...thinking of Devil Goes Down to Georgia...seems everyone knows that... carb depletion week not as severe..added carbs twice daily last week after workouts...going to work on adding size for late spring and summer of 2008...more shows lined up starting april....etc |

Toughest Competition thus far... had a blast... carb depleted and loaded nicely...energy high throughout...no posedowns necessary in this show... no weight classes...went head to head with heavier weights but was able to be the tightest package...had a blast...1200.00 $$ Supplement money for awhile.. was asked back to Guest Pose with violin Dec. 1 2007...also voted NPA Female Pro Athlete of the Year... |
