Hey Amanda...great photo of you...you're looking incredible...keep doing what you're doing..its working for you...Dan had me bump up the weights and carbs and add two days rest for last two shows...with success...body needed the change and grew like a weed...hope all is well..Hugs, Lesa

Oh...it would be sooo much fun..knowing you you'll nail center stage and then...how about some IHOP afterward???pancakes???syrup???am i twisting your arm a bit...truly it would be fun to plan a show together and lift each other up when needed...???!!! Hugs!!

Hey Amanda...thanks for the support...means a lot!!!!want to train...how about if you follow along with my journal in the contest prep section..when i post a workout one day then you can repeat same workout...obviously with more weight..You are soooo strong...but same exercises...as i told you we are getting back into it but would be fun to train together...thank God for the internet...think about it...fun times!!!!

hi..just wondering if you know the rules about competing for npc if you have won cash award in other organization..would love to switch over and try npc from npa but have heard conflicting reports even things such as losing current pro status..etc...any thoughts on this..thanks Ironviolin

hi..am interested in competing npc late spring thru dec. Female B.B. masters..went pro with npa last oct.would like to do show in pa but need to qualify by doing previous show.. anything in va, nc. area beyond may would help..thanks for any input, Ironviolin

Hi..came across your site searching npc contests close to this area...I live in Va Bch... and am relatively new to bodybuilding scene... work out at Bayside gym with Dan O'Neill... turned pro end of the year in natural show and looking to cross over to NPC show ...heard Body Rock was cancelled...any suggestions would be welcome...Ironviolin (Lesa) Thanks for your help.

Thanks for getting back to me...too bad about Body Rock...seeing three years ago is why I went into competition training in the first place...Would have been nice to come full circle...training legs today...couple of workouts...enjoy the gym today...and thanks again for your help...if you hear anything else, please let me know

Hey... Just joined up on computer and having trouble getting info on npc contests in 2008...technologically challenged as I am ..still...just won first pro show in NPA org. in oct 2007..want to switch over to npc...particularly Body Rock...heard it was possibly in july.8-10..know anything about that? Also any contests in Va. area or N.C.???thanks for the help when you have time..and Happy New Year..enjoyed your workout site
