How I Started:
I looked at myself sideways (in the mirror) and disappeared. kmew it wastime for a change. Months later, a old friend would get me in the gym, and then a new friend and his father became my mentors and training partners, the rest is history.
Why I Love It:
the size, the rush/endorphins, and the strength (in that order)!

will power, arnold. enough said.
