I really got into lifting last year when I took a weight training class.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge of lifting. I like the fact that not everyone has the determination it takes to be a good lifter. When I work out, I give it everything I've got and it makes me feel confident. I think lifting is a great way to relieve stress and it is awesome to see myself getting bigger.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am able to stay motivated mostly because I love lifting so much! I honestly don't think I could live without it.
BB Accomplishments:
When I started lifting last year, I was skin and bone. I was like 5'9'' and weighed 140LBS. Now I way about 175LBS and it is all muscle baby!
