PRESSING OR PULL DOWN MOVEMENTS TO THE REAR OF YOUR SHOULDERS.
BECAUSE THE MOVEMENT PLACES UNNECESSARY STRESS ON THE SHOULDER JOINTS.

IT PUTS THE SHOULDER IN A DANGEROUS POSITION.

I PREFER TO USE THE BASIC 3 X 10 BECAUSE IT WORKS BEST FOR MY BODY TYPE.

ON AVERAGE I REST ANYWHERE FROM 1.5 TO 2.5 MINUTES.
I VARY THE TIME BECAUSE SOME MUSCLE GROUPS TAKE A LITTLE LONGER TO RECOVER.
