No, not yet anyway. I made my thick bar by just wrapping a lot of electrical tape around a regular bar.

Yeah the weight I've gained is solid, I wouldn't be proud of myself gaining just fat lol. I'm actually a little bit leaner now then I was back in like January. To be honest I just want to gain as much lean bodyweight as possible naturally.

Hey. Yeah I am seeing regular gains in all of my lifts. Right now I dont have any particular contests planned but I'll ready.

Hey, yeah the YMCA I go to is not the greatest. All the members are old people, young kids, and women. Mostly cardio, and machines but some free weights.

I am certainly getting close to my goals. Ill be doing official 1 rep max lifts the week of christmas this year. For raw lifts probably around 365 bench, and 635 deadlift. My training revolves around more assitance lifts to strengthen my weak points. For deadlifts I need stronger hamstrings thus all the stiff leg deadlifts on a platform, and low box squats.

My training is going good still seeing consistent gains in strength and size. I changed my training routine a bit with my lifts on tue and thu geared towards improbing my strength off the floor for the deadlift. How is your training going?

Around christmas time this year im going to test my max on all my core lifts bench, etc. However i just started doing squats, and deadlifts back in june this year so I'm still going to be seeing tremendous gains in those kinds of lifts.
