What keeps me motivated is having my mind set on how I want to look and knowing that "being average" isn't good enough for me. Having this mind set is what drives me forward every time I lift weights to be the best and to keep going. Knowing that what I have now is only the beginning of what I know I am truly capable of achieving.

Brandon Dennis yea a pretty good range i do 16 fail at 12 n do one one one one.. then add weight do 12 fail 10 fail 8... also circit and superset every time for a few months then change to low reps hi weight like 3-4 .. when i say super set or circut its 1000+ reps with minimal pause really good pump and always drops me to tears.. also no cardio its a replacment Jul 24, 2010 2:25pm
