My calves responded well to getting pounded 4 days a week. I'm using this new Smash technique I came up with... and it really torches my calves...

See that look in my eyes it's called the hungry for mass and heavy weight look. Im trying to put as much mass on my 5'6 frame as possible. U'll see I'll be there soon and I'm doing it all natural... I'm going against all odds..

I really been hittin the arms and chest hard I'm growing alot since I've been Nano vaporized. Nano vapor really got me jacked for a hard core work out I feel like I'm adding new size everyday...

I'm still packing on some freaky muscle for next year. I'm about 10Lbs. away from my projected weight for next year. I'll get there soon and even better I get to keep my waist size and bodyfat. Told ya'll I was blessed wit some awesome genetics.

Competitors tend to jack this pose up alot either holding their arms too high or not being able to hold the relaxed position properly. The relaxed pose is just what it's called relaxed. So guys relax no need to lose because you wanna fly away.

Posing is key when competing, a well executed pose shows a confident and commanding attitude to the judges and it also shows if u put in ur time posing during ur contest prep...

I really love hitting this pose! Learning the proper breathing technique helped me better display my strong points during competition.

I worked extra hard to come in tighter and that's what I did. Got in awesome shape to earn 2nd place in the BLNPA Super Natural bodybuilding Championship on June 27th.

I came in tighter and more shredded than last competition. I didn't earn that pro card but I made a big improvement jumping from 4th place in April to 2nd place in June.
