Bulking bulking bulking it's was nice competing as a lightweight for all those years but, I think it's time to get big like u bro. and compete with the big boys. My trainer got me going hard since I been back and all he keeps stressin is calories and work. I'm pretty heavy now let's c how heavy I can get and then come in ripped. Yeah bro. Things r going well and the family is good. I'm about to get back in the swing of things at the gym I enjoyed my time off but it's back to the old drawing board now! Looks like u made some awesome progress u should be proud keep up the good work!

Thanks Bro. the competition was tough in my last competition I had to bring my A game or I would have waisted a lot of hard work u know. Yeah man I remember Hamden and the Northern States competition it was great to compete with u. U were awesome man keep up the hard work it always pays off and stay natural. I actually felt I could have been better in Hamden but u know I'm my own worst critic! anyways take care man and have a blessed day!
