How I Started:
I am a former United States Marine and training, strength and physical performance has always been a big concern in my life.I am a 29 year old hotel security officer and I have a wonderful son, daughter and wife which I work and train hard everyday for. I started seriously bodybuilding when I moved to Rhode Island to relocate. Bodybuilding is something I will never stop loving it is the key to my discipline, focus and it also helps me over come life's obstacles.
Why I Love It:
The reason I love bodybuilding is because in order for you to bodybuild you have to be able to push yourself to the a point u have never reached and each and every time I train thats what I do. When I train I train for the love of bodybuilding, the discipline, strength, pump, confidence and focus. Bodybuilding has changed my life and that is why I love it so much and I can't forget about all the extra attention you get when you sport a freaky ripped physique. The supplementation helps me with my organization and helps me better understand how my body works. The nutrition is key to living healthy so I really love the fact that your nutrition has to be on point in order to get great results. There are so many reasons why I love bodybuilding but, I won't go on about it I know there is an empire of bodybuiders who love bodybuilding so I know they can relate to this. Working out: I love working out because it helps me set goals that I have to work hard to accomplish so it's a challenge and oh how I love a challenge. It's just great for the body, great for the mind and great for life. I will always love bodybuilding and working out because it has become a part of me and who I am!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
My family is the thing that keeps me motivated. I have a wonderful wife who fuels the fire inside me to keep me going from day to day. The motivation I get from her helps me train harder and harder everday so I can achieve that champion physique all bodybuilders strive to gain and a successful life in the Bodybuilding and Fitness industry.

I use to be into strength training and at one point I had gained some serious strength but, I began to notice that even with taking a joint supplement my body started to not perform as well as it use to. So I decreased the weights I trained with and now I'm using lighter weights with 12 to 20...
Congratulations on placing 2nd. In my book you are still number 1! Man, you have been such a motivator to me. I probably never mentioned that to you...but in the words of Biggie Smalls "If you don't know....now you know!"
Thanks Ant! You know I appreciate that comming from you big dawg. You are one of those brothers on here that I know keep the passion and fire burning to be the best...just trying to feed off that motivation. I'll keep you posted man. Regarless of the outcome, I will put 110% towards being the best.
Bro, they are so worth it! Kids grow up so quick that sometimes you ask where the time has gone. I say enjoy every minute of it while you can. My little brother and sis are now 7 and 6 and I remember them being born just yesterday.
