I was very skinny (124 lbs) and hated it so I started to lift to add some muscle mass and loved the results.
Why I Love It:
It helps improve self esteem and teaches you about dedication among other things.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like to change my workouts when I'm at a plateau. This makes my workouts interesting and fun so I dont dread the weightroom. The results also keep me going back for more.
BB Accomplishments:
Impossible is nothing!!!!!
Control the mind and you CONTROL the Body...
Where the Mind goes the body will follow
