How I Started: Began as a supplement to the sports played thru high school. Was "love at first sight".
Why I Love It: Love to feel and look strong! Love the "RUSH" from a lift and the confidence I gain from feeling strong & healthy.
How I Stay Motivated: Always remembering where I came from, and what I have overcome. (2 back surgeries)

Goodin Great I pulled a chest muscle last week and workout out after so it go worst. so I am taking two week of for upper body and hitting the cardio and legs.Yesturday did 90 minutes in incline ramp whilte watching the Tour Du France. those guy are in sick shape they rode 357 KM no problem
