DL was fantastic! I actually live in Canada so it was a nice break to get to the hot weather for a bit. From mitts and hats to tanks and shorts. Would like to try DW too. For now trying to get back at it. It's been hard to stay committed so I will be on here lots looking inspiration!!

Doing great! Just got home from Disneyland with the family! So much fun. Ate way too much and drank beer and clam everyday. OOPS! fell off a bit. But today I was back at it working out and have like 500 chicken breasts in the oven to make meals! I am far from my goal. weight is steady but lost a lot of muscle!

Hey Girl!! Your progress is looking great!! Keep it up! I did message you privataly last week. I'm doing well. Not losing too much weight but my lower body is changing. I'll try to get new pics soon. Love reading your blogs!

Week is good. I had 2 really great workouts tues and wed. Today off. But I have training set up for the next 3 days. Progress is slow. But I guess it's what i choose. Scale is not moving but my clothes feel alot looser. I'll keep going. I know it's persistance and consistancy right??? I've done it before and I know it will come.

Hey!!! It seems to be taking the last 2 weeks to let things fall into place. I am only getting in 4 workouts a week so far and nutrition is pretty good. Just a few little cheats here and there. You know how it is being a mom.. How is your training going?

Thanks for the comment on my blog! It's True..training for endurance events does take alot out of you. I didn't realize until I actually started my recovery. My body has changed so much since the race. I will get it back though!

Thank you. I actually did an Ironman triathlon in April. Never took swimming lessons in my life or really did much biking. But a challenge was presented to me from a friend and I took her up on it. You look amazing! Great work. I am slowly getting back into weight training after all the tri training.
