I train 3 days a week ,each body part once a week. I used to train kinda like you, but I was over training and the muscles were not getting the rest they needed to grow. You are quite a bit younger so you could recoop quicker than me.

Been faithful to it for about 15 months.Had a huge layoff prior to that for about 4 1/2 years. In that time I would work out very little and was not dieting at all. I was never out of shape though. I look smoother now in this bulk cycle than when I was pounding beer everyday. Come spring it's cut time.
