My Workout Program
I am jogging intervals on a treadmill M-W-F AMs and doing a 3 on 1 off in the afternoons with a Chest, Back, Legs, Arms split. I work abs 3-4 days a week also, at the end of the afternoon sessions. I incorporate some drop sets and will also do supersets if I'm in a time crunch, or to change things up. Most complex movements are in the 6-8 rep range and isolation movements are 12, 10, 8s. All my lifting days are built around moderately heavy bench press, squats, deadlifts, pullups, and power cleans.

The mirror. Right now the mirror is my motivation. Things are progressing and I want to keep that moving in the right direction!
I keep a workout journal. I like to look back at where I was in previous years and see improvement. I take some, but not a lot, of progress photos. I like to be "bigger" and stronger than people who really are larger than I am.
