goal is to get up to 180lbs of lean muscle
Goal (Long):
i've always wanted to have a muscular physique and have incredible strength since i was a kid. i was the kid who always watched the superhero cartoons and the one who admires a person with a strong overall appearence and physical strenght. my goal WILL be achieved. 5 lbs of muscle is all im asking in a 2 month period. I eat alot ever since i figured out the right way of eating, which was about 1 month and a half ago. i have stayed at 150 since, hopefully that changes. i want to be as strong as a bull and as tough as steel with an appearence that will leave people in awww. little by little, it WILL happen.
