How I Started:
My brother started bodybuilding when he was 13 and I saw how much he loved it. His body would transform everyday I saw him so that really inspired me to start training also. If he enjoyed it then I would maybe enjoy it too and to my surprise, I do.
Why I Love It:
Relieve stress and I only have one body my whole life so why not take care of it?
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching Jay Cutler, Arnold Schwarzeneggar, Dorian Yates, Kevin Levrone, and many other bodybuilding videos on Youtube. Also coming on BodySpace to see so many other people with the same goals as me is really inspirational.

This was taken the summer after I graduated from high school before I started working out. Once I arrived at college, I decided to turn my life around. I'm happy with my progress and hope to always improve.

To have under 10% body fat weighing around 225 and win the 2nd Annual MuscleTech Transformation Contest.
Goal (Long):
I weighed about 220 pounds two years ago and I decided I wanted to change that. So I started to do ALOT of cardio. I lost forty pounds in five months but had no muscle definition. Now, I am trying to get that physique I have always wanted. I see all these guys in commercials who have the perfect bodies and now is my chance to get that physique with the MuscleTech Transformation Contest as my movtivation. I want that 8-pack (not beer) with a huge uppper body, like Arnold's. Exercising and a fit body will give me more confidence inside and outside of the gym. I just want to have a well-defined, healthy body. Arnold Schwarzenegger was and still is my hero, mostly because of the terminator movies. I wasn't that interested in his bodybuilding when I was a child but now when I watch his videos on Youtube, I'm completely fascinated. He has the perfect body. I know I sound like it's easy to achieve but I know the obstacles that lie ahead if I want a body like the "Oak's." My goal is to be 200 pounds of lean muscle. The next 4 months will be the biggest body changing experience of my life!

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
I take 1 1/2 scoops of whey protein, two scoops of creatine monohydrate, two lipo 6 pills, and three NanoX9 pills because I get the most pump and energy when I take all these supplements pre-workout.

Thats the problem. I dont have specific workout schedule (set,reps,rest-time etc). But I train each body group once a day. Normally back, shoulder, legs, arms, chest , each on a different day. For set and rep, normally 3-4 sets and 6-10 reps.

I have only protein shake post-workout. then 1 hour later, I have rice + meat + veges.

I finish workout at 8pm, then take whey protein straight after. Then at 9.30pm, I have the carbs (rice), then sleep at 12am.

I always try to work in the training although it can be an unpredicatable schedule during the week. It depends on what things I'm working on academically - it fluctuates, but it is a great balance and stress release

Thanks bro. What u have said is true, I read it too here on bb.com. But I finish workout at 8pm, then I have a protein shake, then at 9.20pm, I have big carbs meal. Then sleep at 12am. But for u, u dont eat carbs in ur last two meals, as u said, it will turn to fat. What do u think?
