its so much of a sress reliever and its actually fun and eases my mind. its a motivation in itself.

ive never rly set a goal in life till bout sophmore year when i had weightlifting class in high school. i noticed ppls bodies in mags and stuff. like wow ppl rly turn there heads to look at a persons body and respect that they take care of it. i want to turn heads and make ppl question who i am.

hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!

hey man I am doing ok man 5 days in the gym with weights and cardio two off. its a struggle sometimes but i love it. seeing some serious change I think . check out my pics I would love your comments . how am I doing? how are you ? how long has you been at 175? bulk until you hit 2 months (so 2 more weeks then cut)... my guess is your matabalism has stalled or slowed so gains or losses are slowing too. I have some thoughts on cutting if you would like them . things that have worked for me.

hey man ! sorry it took me so long to get back to you! well in the long run you have massed up in your back chest and abs. how long have you been trying to bulk? you have lost some definition . depending on the amount of time you have been bulking a cut might be in order to uncover that increased muscle mass ... then back to bulk ... looking good though . let me knwo how I can help

I am well brother how are you? The last few weeks have been interesting. Lifting is going well and is keeping me sane. thanks man... I am ok ...I fell out of the gym routine with the holidays , today is my first day back ... I hope I have not lost too much ground .... I was at 14.5% hope to get to 8-10% by March ... check out my new tattoo... I also hope you'll subscribe to my forum thread, I keep my progress there alot and some good thoughts and stuff .
