I've got really good programs for building mass. During the summer in between 9th and 10th grade I put on 30 lbs. of solid mass, with little fat. However, I've gotta go to bed. So, talk to you later?

Sounds good. Right now I'm working on building mass, but I'm starting to do cardio tomorrow so I can loose some fat...

Oh, ok...
Umm... Well, you can't really loose weight while gaining mass. So, you can either "bulk" and then "cut" or vice versa.

Well, cardio is a wonderful start to either loose weight or get more defined. The best form of cardio is High-intensity interval training. Check it out at:

That ^^ explains it fairly well. Also, you can search it in the bodybuilding.com "SuperSite" area. Dieting: Start out cutting all "junk food" from your diet and switch to healthier meals in general. For example, Instead of eating McDonalds for breakfast, take the time to make yourself a protein shake. If you'd like to know more on dieting, then please let me know. :)

i get shakey and scared and i freak out when it gets intense my husband gets so mad that i freak out and i go all crazy with the buttons... and with the wii you can throw your hands around too... eventually one of the punches will hit!

no i don't have street fighter... only when i was little but i have the anime cartoon movie dealio. my brother wouldn't let me play his game :( he wouldn't let me play and then he would get mad then beat me up :( that's why i never liked playing video games

i only got to play the wii one and the one for the ps3... :( i'm so horrible at video games... but when i like the game i'm all in! it was just crazy at first cuz you can flight **** and it's sooo hard to control them... especially when you through in instant transmition!
