How I Started:
I started when i was in my younger years working out daily with my father when i was about 11-12 but lost sight of keeping myself in shape and just got back into lifting years later and now here i am.
Why I Love It:
The main reason is when my body feels good and healthy i feel that way, and the exhileration i get from working my body untill i get a pump is just priceless everyone loves the pump also because i just want to stand in the mirror one day and smile knowing what i acomplished when i get a great phisique.
How I Stay Motivated:
I mostly watch video's on youtube of some of my favorite bodybuilders and inspiration videos of people who have done amazing transformations, i also have a older brother who is doing the same thing and he motivates me alot when he never quits and i think i do the same for him haha.
BB Accomplishments:
My major bodybuilding acomplishment would be to drop alot of weight and pack on pure muscle and mass so i can sculpt it down and define it into my ideal body whitch isent to big or small but just a right size with a even form to all my muscles.

I dont have a program that i use from someone else just my own, so to start i do 10 mins of cardio on treadmill to warm up at the begining of my workout then ill start with 1 body part and use the machine i feel that ill get the most progress on working that body part out then after 2 sets of...

Thanks. I know what you mean. :) I've got really good programs for building mass. During the summer in between 9th and 10th grade I put on 30 lbs. of solid mass, with little fat. However, I've gotta go to bed. So, talk to you later?

Sounds good. Right now I'm working on building mass, but I'm starting to do cardio tomorrow so I can loose some fat... Trying to get more defined.

Oh, ok... Umm... Well, you can't really loose weight while gaining mass. So, you can either "bulk" and then "cut" or vice versa.

Well, cardio is a wonderful start to either loose weight or get more defined. The best form of cardio is High-intensity interval training. Check it out at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wi ki/High-intensity_interval_tra ining

That ^^ explains it fairly well. Also, you can search it in the bodybuilding.com "SuperSite" area. Dieting: Start out cutting all "junk food" from your diet and switch to healthier meals in general. For example, Instead of eating McDonalds for breakfast, take the time to make yourself a protein shake. If you'd like to know more on dieting, then please let me know. :) I am more than happy to help anyone in anyway that I can.

Yeah man I know how that is. I got the stomach flu late Friday night and just got beter about mid-day yesterday. Hope to be hitting the weights again tomorrow

i get shakey and scared and i freak out when it gets intense my husband gets so mad that i freak out and i go all crazy with the buttons... and with the wii you can throw your hands around too... eventually one of the punches will hit!

no i don't have street fighter... only when i was little but i have the anime cartoon movie dealio. my brother wouldn't let me play his game :( he wouldn't let me play and then he would get mad then beat me up :( that's why i never liked playing video games

i only got to play the wii one and the one for the ps3... :( i'm so horrible at video games... but when i like the game i'm all in! it was just crazy at first cuz you can flight **** and it's sooo hard to control them... especially when you through in instant transmition!

he's a sailor.... oh and yeah... i totally got the DBZ video can for the wii! BUU YA!!! lol it's funny rick can practice and beat level after level but he'll challenge me to play and i totally kick is butt... and then he's all mad like vegeta and storms off
