While attending MOS School for the Marine Corps in North Carolina, I started casually messing around with the weights...the rest is history.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me focused, driven, and provides me with a personal goal and challenge. The challenge and goal to constantly improve; to get better and stronger. It challenges me to learn about my body, what works and what doesn't work best. I started competing in 2008, and have been hooked! At the meets, it's great sportsmanship and camaraderie. If you fail, you get back up. I think working out seriously helps build character.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by competing and keeping an online journal here on bodybuilding.com. The support I get from some of the users on this site is awesome!
BB Accomplishments:
I don't have any bodybuilding accomplishments (not my goal), but I am happy with my success in powerlifting so far, but I still have a long way to go!

well those numbers aren't that high currently, i tore my hammie day before memorial day so the squat and deadlift are n/a now lol...and the pressing is down a bit after 6 months+ of contest prep...but I hired layne, and I've been dieting and doing cardio since jan 1st...make it progressive, and only drop carbs or fat or add cardio when you don't lose weight...aim for 1-2lbs/week
Heyyy!! How are you? Everything is going well with me.. no training business curretly, still trying to make the full-time switch from engineering. Lookin' good buddy! :D
Dang brah. Looks like you aren't even struggling with that. Took you a sec to pick it up and i was like: oh lawd, but then you did it like it was nothing.
yo even going in e4 is better than when i went in as e2. if you are serious about getting back in then rank shouldnt matter. remember its a guaranteed job brotha.
