While attending MOS School for the Marine Corps in North Carolina, I started casually messing around with the weights...the rest is history. |
| Why I Love It: |
It keeps me focused, driven, and provides me with a personal goal and challenge. The challenge and goal to constantly improve; to get better and stronger. It challenges me to learn about my body, what works and what doesn't work best. I started competing in 2008, and have been hooked! At the meets, it's great sportsmanship and camaraderie. If you fail, you get back up. I think working out seriously helps build character. |

Well, I liked it for a while. i was there a year. Now im doing my own thing with competing and I train part time at LA Fitness. Pure Fitness doesnt have a big cientell. Its hard to be a full time trainer there. Thinking bout training?

Hey there! Yeah, things are going very well. And I did accomplish losing the weight I wanted to, finally got to wear a bikini for the first time since I was 6, LOL and quit smoking. But then I gained some weight back. Yeah.....so guess what's 2008 goal? LOL
