HiYa, how are you? your progress photos are great, well done and keep it up. I did the marathon in France last Sunday, great race, lot of steep hills so I was 15mins slower. Out of action for 6 weeks plus from next week as I am getting my knee reconstructed. Take Care, Tom

Hi again Emma, you would have no problem doing a marathon, if I can lug 17.5 stone of bulk over 26 miles then anyone can, they are great fun and you discover a lot about yourself doing one. Hi Emma, yea the concerts were fantastic, do you have facebook? I have a load of photos and vid's up. U went to NIN, wow I am jealous, I missed them at Oxegen here in Ireland. I am hoping to see Calvin Harris and Coldplay over the next few months. I did the Berlin Marathon which explains the photo, fab place alright. How's training going?

Hey Vee, yes the All Blacks are getting some rough treatment on and off the field, But no world cups are won in the 4 years between the competition so best be bad in between them. My training is going well, I have a 10 mile race in 2 weeks time. Cant Wait, Tom

Hi again Vee, yes I remember from my time in NZ just how fanatical Rugby is there. I am surprised any other alcohol is served there apart from Guinness, because it is black. I love Rugby, I'm glued to the Lions Tour of South Africa at the moment, I'll be up at 7.30 am on Saturday to watch the All Blacks v France

HiYa, yea it is the Bundstag Building, the photo was taken before I went to the start line for the Berlin Marathon. Berlin is hopping alright, I would love to see Alice Cooper live. I am going to ACDC, Lay Gaga and U2 over the next few weeks. How is training going?

Hi Vee, Oh I would love to do the Auckland Marathon, do you get to cross the harbour bridge? The Ultra Marathon sounds very difficult, just be careful with your health. The Alps Maritime Marathon in on 8th November. Have a look at the site, it starts in Nice and finishes in Cannes taking in 5 cities along the way http://www.marathon06.com/AN/index.htm Do you follow Rugby or is that a stupid question?

Hey Vee, I'm good thanks. I was in Belarus doing some work the Chernobyl Childrens Project International. It was hard going but worth while. I am very out of shape and run down so I need to pick it up again. I'll start my preperation for the Nice marathon in July. Glad all is well with you. Tom
