What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Lifting to heavy and to long and often. Didn't think I need a rest.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
I am just getting started again and the biggest thing is just getting in there and to keep going. Getting the routen down is the biggest part. It has to be part of your lifestyle.
Ok so it has been a while since I have writen a new post but I have been trying to put some size on. but I didn't want to put to much body fat on at the same time. So it has been a little tough. But I think that I was able to do an alright job. I added some size to my arms, chest and shoulders....
Hey, thanks! ;) I've been here for 13 months, only 2 left to go! I can't wait to get out of here! I'm stationed at FOB Normandy, I'm sure you've never heard of it. It's a 'speck on the map' near FOB Warhorse. Where are you at?
I'm not a cop, I just dispatch for them. Although, I DID have to go thru all the same clearances, background check and some of the same training as them. I've only been lifting since the summer of 2002 so not a long time. I still have a way to go. How about you?
Idk man finally around 180 dude any were where looking pretty damn skinny like a girl at the FOB, also you mom tells me to tell you to burn in hell lol be safe dude
