My husband is a personal trainer and has an amazing body.He is an inspiration to a lot of people and especially to me! He motivated me to start working out and gain muscle.
Why I Love It:
It builds confidence, relieves stress, makes you feel good, and allows you to learn new things and constantly improve upon yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at my buff husband everday, working out with my motivated best friend, subscribing to fitness magazines and doing research, getting great tips from fitness junkies!
BB Accomplishments:
Getting better at Chest and working my legs out harder each time! I hav enot been as consistent as I should and therefore have not seen the results that I want. I am making a vow to change that from this momemt forward because I want to proud of my body!
