smallguyjoe Hey Will. Things are good. I'm busy with work, wife, and 3 kids. Still lifting 5x/week. Well, 4x/week and one day I do Kettle Bells. I'm kind of just maintaining at the moment - strength and body comp. I plan on stepping it up soon. My goal is to get lean for the summer. I'm 155 lbs right now, probably 10-12% bf. heavywt It is, for the most part, healed - but deadlifting puts a lot of stress on the biceps, straps or not. I don't use straps when deadlifting, but i'm trying to be extra careful to not hurt myself again, and that involves incrementing the weight VERY slowly - i'm at about 80% now of pre-injury strength in my upper body movements.
