When I Started:
Jan, 2006
How I Started:
I was always a sporting kid. It was when i quit football that i needed to start excercise elsewhere. I simply bought a few dumbells for my room and its went from there.
Why I Love It:
There are many reasons why i love to build or work out. The main reason is the feel good factor. It gives me a buzz and keeps my mind active - And ofcourse i like to see the gains of muscle.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror - I simply look into the mirror and i will not stop until i have the body i desire.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing major however
My journey so far has been decent, NOw coming close to the age of 21 i have seen some decent gains. Although i have gained size, strenght and some overal muscle i am putting alot of it down to growth and ageing.
Weighing in at 62Kg Just 3 months ago and now weighing 75kg i feel i have done ok. My family members, friends and work collegues do notice the gains i have made however i see less a gain than they do.
I have broke the 100kg Bench press barrier and for me being the skinny guy that was quite an acheivment for me. Over the past 3 years i attempted to lift weights now and again, i was really only kidding myself until just a few months ago. The gains i have made in 3 months to some people is fantastic, but i stick by my word, 2009 is going to be my year, its make or break, no more shortcuts, and no more half way houses, its time to get swole!

Goal (Long):
I was born an active child. I was a very decent football ( Soccer ) player and played right through my youth. Due to socialising and other prioritys in my life at the time i found myself slowly move away from fitness. I always liked the idea of muscle and it all started from a small set of dumbells which i bought for my room. Overtime i moved onto the gym, and then onto the supplements. I had a go at both gaining weight and creating some decent muscle although due to lack of attitude i failed. Im now back and more motivated than ever. I will not stop until i have the body i desire. I really cant think of a better hobbie than bodybuilding. I appreciate and respect anyone who has accomplished a goal whether it be small or big. Fair do's.
