"New start" I've been in training for MMA(Kickboxing, Judo, Karate, Jiu Jitsu) and I'm loving every minute. We train 6 days a week and it's awesome.
Why I Love It:
When you look in a mirror and see changes to your body through hard work that you've done it feels great.
How I Stay Motivated:
Punching and kicking dudes in the head is great.
