when i was younger i was more in to boxing,kickboxing,martial arts,i have always done a bit of weights,but over 15 months ago i got the bug big time,i read eveything i can on muscles ,training and diets.i have gained good muscle,i have been bulking up now for over a year,im two stone heavier than when i started,hopely all muscle,,,when i started the the gym i looked at some of the people there thinking "wow"now people tell me how big i have got or how strong i am,,,its cool

hi!! i am not too bad, going mad trying to spice up my work out a little bit, any ideas of how i can change my work out?Do you have any pics of how look before you started weight lifting?
Sometimes working out after work is very hard. I do shift work and sometimes i have to get up at 3.30 in the morning to be at work for 5 and when i finish work i go straight to the gym and sometimes is painful but...I am not a big fan of soccer but i watch couple of matches and think we will win on Sunday :)
are you training for a competition?yeah i am living in Cork but i am Spanish/Irish, i have been living in Cork for the past 5 years, so.Well gyms down here are.. what to say, you can find so much ignorant c.. at the gyms you wouldn't believe it hehehe. thanks for the complement, My progress is going slowly, but it's my fault really, i do shift work so the blood sugar level go up and down all the time, so i always end up eating something that i shouldn't :)take care.
