My daughter being born was what started me. I wanted to take care of myself and be around for as long as I can for her. That turned into just really getting into it and working out isn't a choice but a lifestyle these days.
Why I Love It:
Love the feeling of the pump.

All I have to do is look in the mirror. I don't see what I know I want to achieve so I just become that much more determined to realign...

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I once dropped a 45lb plate on my big toe. Ok so it wasn't a torn muscle or something that happened because of my workout. Truth be told I lost concentration when this goddess bent over in front of me...more

Yes mate I'm ok now I'm a bouncer and a few weeks ago I got a few ribs broken during a fight in a rave while I was fighting on the floor some ****e kicked me in the side I found out who it was and now it's sorted and my ribs are ok how are you mate
