How I Started:
My daughter being born was what started me. I wanted to take care of myself and be around for as long as I can for her. That turned into just really getting into it and working out isn't a choice but a lifestyle these days.

I once dropped a 45lb plate on my big toe. Ok so it wasn't a torn muscle or something that happened because of my workout.
