Overall Goal: Back and Biceps today. What a workout I think I saw some new growth in the mirror on my biceps. Breaking out the tape!!!

How I Started:
My daughter being born was what started me. I wanted to take care of myself and be around for as long as I can for her. That turned into just really getting into it and working out isn't a choice but a lifestyle these days.

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I once dropped a 45lb plate on my big toe. Ok so it wasn't a torn muscle or something that happened because of my workout. Truth be told I lost concentration when this goddess bent over in front of me LOL..I broke it in 7 places the blood came out of my shoe onto the gym floor.I once dropped a 45lb plate on my big toe. What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Here it comes January 1. Changing locations, changing gyms,changing diet, changing jobsĀ and the annual bath and changing of the underwear. They say change can be a good thing. My girlfriend agrees although I'm not sure what she means by that. The gleem in her eye when she says it has me...
Oh rub it in. Have fun in Florida! YES! It is freezxing in Michigan. The day before yesterday it was sooo windy. The waves on the bay were over 4 feet. When I woke up in the morning the bay was frozen. UGH!!!! HATE IT!!!!!!!
Irish, you are far too kind. I may come off like an "attention ho", but in actuality, I just find bb.com and our group very enjoyable and motivating. As I told drdebsalazar earlier today, The first time I went for this treatment I got a really sh!tty doctor who hit a nerve in my spine and it was literally the worst pain I had ever felt. I was involuntarily crying and convulsing. So now when I get this treatment (two times) it's like a f-cking picnic by comparison. Hurts like an 8 from one to ten, not ten plus plus plus.
EVERYTHING!!!!! My shoulders and traps have responded the most and I have been working my whole body....so who knows? I will definitely be stepping it up in Jan.....so I guess the only they I will have time to do is exercise, eat, and go to work. lol Have a terrific day Mista!
