then in like 2 weeks instead of tuna (25-30g) i am switching to the chicken which is 55g and thats all im going to change really as far as my diet goes. all i want is to put an extra room on my house, not a wing.

i think people learn more from mistakes :) just becuase they dont just know the consquences, but understand them. so this week instead of buying a protien bar each day, i am taking my mixing cup with me with 2 scoops in it. i save money and get my cals up too.

believe me wasnt planning on eating a ton this time round, i learned the hard way on that. i was just going to slightly up my carbs and protien intake. and keep it as clean as possible. prolly only bulk for 3-4 months MAX. then go back to leaning out some more. if i am extremely strict maybe i wont have to lean down more just continue with it, if you get my meaning.

well, depending on the compliance of my boss will depend on what i do or keep doing. really? im actually smaller. im down to about 177ish these days. REALLY want to bulk though. winter gives me the munchies which should be going towards me growing.

thats what it comes down to really; who has ambition and who doesnt. in the end though you have to like what your doing or no amount of ambition will be enough. makes sence if you really think about it.

i think we have the same "jawn" white boy. the one in my gym doesnt have different settings like that. i switched between the 2 once to see if there was any differance and there wasnt. i use athlete though, since i was pretty active before using it. i would use normal if i was a dieter who worked out "frequently" over daily.

i checked myself this morning and was @14.8% so that did make me happy. ah the seasonal thing only lasts 2-3 weeks then im fine. haha screw an almanac go by me!

yeah its not that im NOt trying to lose it. actually, despite my poor eating the past week or so, been stressed and my seasonal depress kicked in, i am actually down in bodyfat % by .8 points. not a huge drop but was expecting to be up, so was kind of happy.
