What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
yes, yogurt with granola in it. it makes into a full snack and i dont feel hungry afterwards. just watch the sugar amounts in each and you wont have to worry about it being too much of a cheat food.
You dont have asthma do you? Some people that have a tough time breathing in the cold have asthma, and the cold temperature is just the trigger that sets off an exacerbation. If its tough breathing for you, you might want to mention it to your doc and he could give you an inhaler.
Still looking at bikes for the winter? My buddy just got a downhill offroad mountain bike, looks pretty solid and he said he plans on riding it a few times in the snow.
Ive never biked in the winter, but I havent had a mountain bike in a few years cause I sold mine when saving for my road bike. If I had my mountain bike I probably would consider it though...
It might not be any of their business, but if something can't be accomplished without illegal substance use or by means that are detrimental to health then I wouldn't like the kind of example I would be setting for my clients. It's just how I see it.
Thanks. Yeah, that's another reason it's important to me to stay ph/hormone-free. My goal is to be an example for my clients, and I doubt many of my clients will be interested in taking hormones to get where they want to be.
I hope so... thanks :) Yeah, I'm trying to learn patience and contentment. Most of the time I am both patient and content, but I have my moments where I want the results faster. I think we all go through these frustrations here and there. Part of life, eh? You're gonna be really happy with your progress in a couple more months of cutting. You'll see. You're lookin much better now, I think. Like 2 more months and you'll have a look along the lines of what you've been aiming for. YEAH BUDDY!
LOL... I'm just in one of those moods :) I've been seeing this guy in my gym, and a few guys in my classes who are just beasts. makes me feel like I've gotten no where with my progress. I know it's not cool to complain, but sometimes I just need to vent. I know in reality I've worked hard, and I aint about to stop :)
LOL, I wish it were that easy :) We got one... it wasn't cheap! It's like one of the lightest ones too. It's only like 20 lbs. It's super smooth; pretty radical :). I'm going back to prioritizing my arms again; I'm sick of puny arms!
You're right. I'd be a friggin jerk if I didn't get up w/ Isaac, LOL :) I just gotta go to sleep even earlier, oh well. I don't know, man... my arms are only 15.25" flexed... pretty friggin weak :(
