Wouldnt kill me lose a pound of fat or two . Not to mention my wife is a health nurse and is in killer shape... need to keep up with her : )
Why I Love It:
Keeps me sane, plus it get us alone from the kids for a hour (A major accomplishment in itself)

I want to live healthy for my kids, look good for my wife, and feel great.

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
whey and creatine i think this stuff works. seems to be anyway. just started c.l.a. Not too sure what else to take. open to any ideas

Just looking at your blog about feeding kids and hot dogs. I know what you mean about cooking two meals. I have three teens and a 12 year old boy who consumes everything in sight and health food gets rotten if you dont eat it fast. Also getting out the door int he AM is hard when your cooking.
