I got really serious in 2004 when I did my first and only show.. I gained a good amount of weight from having my daughter. Since I a goal drivin person I needed a to find a challenge in order to get me where I wanted to be physically.. I am a personal trainer so it wasnt hard to find the time to devote to myself in the gym. The dieting was the hard part. The only negative thing I feel was it took time away from my now x husband and my daughter. I had to be very self consumed. But I waled on that stage and than won the show.. I seem to forget the negative parts and cant wait to do it again. Im starting to train for a show in upstate NY in Oct. and NYC in Nov. Well see ... Wish me luck!! Thanks... xoxo

My daughter being healthy for a lil 5 year old is sooo important. Im am mommy so Im running around non stop all the time. But its very important to make that MOMMY TIME which for me is the gym!

Winning my first and only show almost 2 years after having my daugter. I went from 138 after having her to 106 and won my class and over all title!!!
