Why Change?


After partying for a couple of years drinking a couple times a week and eating whatever I like whenever I like, I could see my lifestyle left me looking less than aesthetic and carrying excess fat.



Motivation?


Motivation is important, it will let you sustain behaviours such as consistent training.


My initial motivation came simply from admiration of a shredded physique and everything that goes with it, health, longevity, energy.
