When I Started: Mar, 2007
How I Started: I was fat all of my life and had no discipline or respect for myself. I constantly got made fun of so I started to lift here and there, putting on a few lbs of muscle due to my insane caloric intake. Last march I weighed in at 175 fat as hell and decided to make a change. I started HIIT interval training and carb cycling (thank you twinpeak). I got my body fat down to 5 percent over the summer at 150lbs, I slowly bulked to 170 with visible abs and I'm in the process of cutting back to 5 percent, I carry a few more lbs of lean mass now though.

Solid back pose showing lots of muscle and definition throughout. Back is getting thick and wide, Strong shoulders, delts, triceps, solid peaks on arms and good forearms. Great job so far. André
