How I Started:
I was fat all of my life and had no discipline or respect for myself. I constantly got made fun of so I started to lift here and there, putting on a few lbs of muscle due to my insane caloric intake. Last march I weighed in at 175 fat as hell and decided to make a change. I started HIIT interval training and carb cycling (thank you twinpeak). I got my body fat down to 5 percent over the summer at 150lbs, I slowly bulked to 170 with visible abs and I'm in the process of cutting back to 5 percent, I carry a few more lbs of lean mass now though.
