I was a chubby kid and never ate anything healthy, but when I was 15 I decided I wanted to get fit and start pro wrestling, so I knew I would have to get in shape to do well... then I got injured when I was 19 so couldnt wrestle but kept working out and became a personal trainer incase I ever decide to go back.
Why I Love It:
I like working out and being fit and healthy, just love having loads of energy
How I Stay Motivated:
its just habbit and lifestyle now more then anything.
BB Accomplishments:
I decide to do my first bodybuilding show two and a half weeks before the day... I was travelling for two of those weeks eeing as Im a flight attendant... I was in Canada, LA, Chicago and London, and managed to get third, haha, luck of he irish!

Hi,
U look very good, keep the good work, it is bice to see a young Irish girl taking care of herself I think people in Ireland, and young girl in 1st, are more aware about the fact that it is important to take care of urself.

I know it s hard to be steady in the gym and to eat clean because of your job. I m a pilot and I really have to kick my ass. you ve done a great job staying on track, you look stunning. keep working out
