How I Started:
After turning 40 years old, I decided that I needed to make a big change in my overall health. I began working out, riding a bike, and changing my diet to make the physical improvements that I wanted to see in my own body.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the changes that I can see in my body. I also feel as if I am making an improvement in my health.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to look good for myself and my wife. Most importantly, I want to be around to see my children grow up, get married and have my grand kids!

Where do I begin with this brotha? This man is dedicated, outgoing, and knowledgable when it comes to health and fitness. One of the things that I appreciate most about him is his willingness to share what he has learned/researched with others. He is continually making improvements with his own body, mind, and spirit and encouraging others to do the same. I pray you continued success man! Thanks for everything!

Lefail is inspirational to me because he has transformed his body over the last year. He is an example of what I am looking to do for myself......lean, pure muscle! In addition to being on point with his workouts he is on point spiritually as well. And last but not least he is a part of our country's armed forces!
Greetings Ira! Always a pleasure to hear from you. I take it school has calmed down for a little bit and that you are getting somewhat of a break. I've been out helping Grandma out! She's doing great. I'm about to ease back into the workouts. Cycle 15 next week. Going light starting tomorrow or Wendnesday. I hope you and yours are well!
Thanks Ira! I've been trying to keep things going! I'm staying with Grandma for the remainder of this week and next. This is the last week of my workout cycle, so I will take at least one week off! Keep pushing on your workouts and thanks again for the encouraging comments.

Just Working here. Did cardio this morning, gonna do Shoulders this after. For the last 4 months been doing 1 hour of Cardio in the mornings and My weights in the evenings. Going to switch it up tomorrow morning and start with weights in the morning and Cardio in the evenings. See if i can get some results by changing things up. How are your workouts coming along?

Awesome! Thanks for the friendship. Been working out for a while but always at home which for the most part sucked. Bowflex and dumbells, Problem with that is I could never max out or push myself to the limit. Just finally joined a gym yesterday so the motivation is there and hopefully with eating right and constant dedication I can reach my goals. I feel the same way you do getting up in years now, if we do not do it now we will look back and say what we should have done. Keep in touch
