When I Started: Feb, 2008
How I Started: After turning 40 years old, I decided that I needed to make a big change in my overall health. I began working out, riding a bike, and changing my diet to make the physical improvements that I wanted to see in my own body.
Why I Love It: I love working out because of the changes that I can see in my body. I also feel as if I am making an improvement in my health.
How I Stay Motivated: I want to look good for myself and my wife. Most importantly, I want to be around to see my children grow up, get married and have my grand kids!

Getting Started Losing again!
I didn't have the confidence to take my shirt off on this one yet!  I am happy to report that I have just lost another 5 pounds! I would like to thank some bodyspace buds who gave me tips on my cardio. 20 more pounds to go!!!

Thanks Irav, My main problem is that even when I get back in shape I can't really put on a lot of size. I would love to have 18" arms. I will lose the fat but I have to find the right protein to gain size. Creatine make me sick and makes me cramp. But Thanks for your support; I'll keep you posted on my progress. PEACE
