How I Started:
After turning 40 years old, I decided that I needed to make a big change in my overall health. I began working out, riding a bike, and changing my diet to make the physical improvements that I wanted to see in my own body.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the changes that I can see in my body. I also feel as if I am making an improvement in my health.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to look good for myself and my wife. Most importantly, I want to be around to see my children grow up, get married and have my grand kids!

Lefail is inspirational to me because he has transformed his body over the last year. He is an example of what I am looking to do for myself......lean, pure muscle! In addition to being on point with his workouts he is on point spiritually as well. And last but not least he is a part of our country's armed forces!
Dave is an outstanding guy! The way he has transformed his own body over the past months is proof of the type of dedication and drive that he has. Not only has he transformed his body but he is assisting others to do the same. Always willing to extend what he knows about good diet and exercise to others in order to help them reach their goals as well. I had to turn it loose for a few weeks my self because I had other things that took up my time. However, I'm still in the game! Looking great yourself! hey nice to hear from you. life is very busy right now. when I started working out again I was layed off for 6 weeks. Now it is work 40-50 hrs and workout after work. Still lifting 5 times a week and diet is good. Down to 229 about a pound lost a week since starting lifting. Have a good one man and never give up
