When I Started: Feb 1994
HOW I STARTED:

Got motivated from my sister when I was 16. Dorian Yates Mr. O poster in my bedroom really got me motivated.

hmm, my overhead press and incline bench has been stimulating some odd pain in my left delt. i think i may have a micro tear, its been nagging for a couple weels now, i thought it was a RC issue at first, which is good news. tried some light db flyes on back day today and it persists. shoulder is supposed to be next but i think i might take a week off, which i rarely ever do.
