I workout in late afternoon before supper 4-5 times a week. I do cardio first, then weight training.
1. Every day: Run 2 miles heart rate at 160. Walk .50 miles heart rate around 130.
2. Every other day: upper chest 30 lbs 15 reps 3x, side chest 35 lbs 15 reps 3x, abs leg lifts off bench 16,14,12
3. Every other day: biceps 20 lbs 12 reps 3x, triceps 15 lbs 12 reps 3x, leg lifts 50 lbs 12 reps 3x. |
