How I Started:
I've gained 15 pounds in 3 years. I used to wear a size 28 jeans, now I wear a size 30. I just want to get down to where I was and live healthier.
Why I Love It:
Working out, especially cardio, makes me feel young again. I used to be very athletic and I miss sweating, pushing myself, the feeling you get after a workout is better than... well, you know.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've been working out for 2 months now and haven't seen much change. I just started changing my diet and running more - I think I will see something soon!

I have lost some fat and gained some muscle. I got a long ways to go!

Fast walk and run on Treadmill because it feels normal unlike the eliptical when my feet go numb. I do have problems with shinsplints though so I have to rotate.
