How I Started:
I've gained 15 pounds in 3 years. I used to wear a size 28 jeans, now I wear a size 30. I just want to get down to where I was and live healthier.
Why I Love It:
Working out, especially cardio, makes me feel young again. I used to be very athletic and I miss sweating, pushing myself, the feeling you get after a workout is better than... well, you know.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've been working out for 2 months now and haven't seen much change. I just started changing my diet and running more - I think I will see something soon!
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost some fat and gained some muscle. I got a long ways to go!

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
A few minutes - walk around.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Fast walk and run on Treadmill because it feels normal unlike the eliptical when my feet go numb. I do have problems with shinsplints though so I have to rotate.

Workout Program:
I workout in late afternoon before supper 4-5 times a week. I do cardio first, then weight training.

1. Every day: Run 2 miles heart rate at 160. Walk .50 miles heart rate around 130.

2. Every other day: upper chest 30 lbs 15 reps 3x, side chest 35 lbs 15 reps 3x, abs leg lifts off...

My wife (bodyspace judimax) and I would love to see you make your fitness goals and losing your "muffin-top" become reality. Judimax went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Push yourself; possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and the speed that they can occur. Let us know if we can be of assistance.
