Workout Program:
30-45 min carido daily 1.5 hours cardio 3x per week.
5 days per week lifting dvided into day 1 bi-tri, back-trap,
abs day 2 chest-lat,lo back-abs day 3 grip-forarms, balance w-weight-calvs day 4 strong man circut body day 5 quad-ham,
inner-outer thigs, abs-loback.
For my MMA traning constant cardio and lifting give me a huge strength and endurance advantage.
