Wow, that is a tough question, not sure what got me started...just a desire to look like the people in the mags. I lifted some in college, but didn't get seriously into it until later on in life.
Why I Love It:
Like the feel of those sore muscles. Like the feel of a good pump. Have trained for many years with many good workout partners. This past year and a half my workout partner has been pushing me to get buff of die tryin. Thanks Tanner for that line. Check him out here Tanner Parkes, he was teen of the week a few weeks back and will be a Pro one of these days.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing changes, talking to people on here, seeing progress pics from everyone.
BB Accomplishments:
I have been blessed over the years with some really good workout partners. At least three of them went on to compete in shows and I have been glad to see their accomplishments on the stage.
Tanner has been my workout partner now for almost two years, his growth and dedication to lifting are an inspiration. Keep up the good work bro and get buff or die tryin!

Hey John, I am doing better as time passes. I am coming out of my "shell-shock" and getting busy and being pro-active about a number of things. I appreciate your concern more than I can say!
I have an out of town funeral to attend, so I cannot be at the comp. But I would much rather be there thanin Wheeling WV! Maybe I'll see you at the OCB Indiana in the fall. Cheers!
