i began working out at the age of 12. i wanted to be HUGE. (didn't we all at some point?)
i also played sports - and to bigger and stronger and faster all through high school and college was a great asset!
Why I Love It:
i enjoy the challenge and the "pump". i like crafting my physique. i like where i am heading.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am taking all necessary options and steps to put off Father Time! LOL.
BB Accomplishments:
although i never entered any competitions - novices have inquired - "do you compete?" which is a compliment.
i am strongly considering entering my first competition --- a Master's Competition.
Goal (Long):
i am going to drop down to 230 lbs of muscle on my frame - yet, be very thick and vascular. i am currently at 240 (w/ a six pack). i want my 8 pack to return! i am going to have an expansive V Taper too!
i am to train lats / back in SHOCK Protocol today -- -but i am seeming to battle some sort of bug -- i feel nauseas right now.. uuuughh.. i do .......so i may not end up going to the gym afterall. uuuughhhh..
currently (but subject to change ) i am following a Periodization Training regiment w/ Week 1 focusing on POWER; Week 2 focusing on HIGH REPS; Week 3 focusing on Shock Tactics. it is Eric Broser's Power/Rep Range/ Shock protocol. (one may find more information at xrep.com & in Ironman...
Thanks for the nice compliment, Jules, and for the request to add. Good luck with "baking" goal. Ewwww! Makes me cringe just to think about "baking" in the sun! lol
Lean, high definition training scheme. Sounds interesting. I would love to learn more about it. Any info you would share would be terrifc.
Thanks,
Surf
ps: You look great!
