I was about 190 pounds in this pic. Wanted to gain alot more muscle and lose alot of fat. I could hardly see my muscles. I ran twice a week and lifted weights 3 times a week.

Baghdad- Jan 2008. In this pic I was about 215. Since the last pic in 2006 I worked out off and on(workout and diet for 2 months then drink beer and eat pizza for 2 months. I want to get cut.

Baghdad- Apr 2008. I'm starting to get a little size. No were near a ripped as I want to be. I'm trying to get my strenth up also.

Really starting to get serious with this working out thing. I'm gaining alot of muscle but also gaining alot of fat. I need to start working on a better diet. Any idea's?
